TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Legal Identity

1.1 Lotus Clubiz is a brand operated by Lotus India Wealth Management LLP, a legally registered Limited Liability Partnership under the laws of India.

1.2 The Company also operates the brand “Lotus Brand Bazaar” for product and service distribution.

1.3 The Company does not operate any deposit scheme, investment scheme, chit fund, money circulation program, or financial product.

2. Nature of Business

2.1 Lotus Clubiz operates under a Direct Selling Business Model based on sale of products and services.

2.2 Incentives are derived solely from business volume generated through legitimate product/service transactions.

2.3 The Company does not provide:

• Fixed returns
• Guaranteed income
• Assured profits
• Investment opportunities

3. Eligibility

To register as a Business Associate, you must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Provide valid PAN
• Provide valid bank details
• Complete KYC verification
• Accept these Terms & Conditions

The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application.

4. Earnings & Income Disclosure

4.1 Earnings are performance-based and depend on:

• Product/service sales
• Referral-based business activity
• Team performance
• Rank qualification

4.2 There is no guaranteed income.

4.3 Earnings vary for each individual based on effort and leadership capability.

5. Incentive Structure

Eligible Business Associates may qualify for:

• Direct Referral Incentive
• Network Performance Incentive
• Rank Achievement Bonus
• Club Leadership Incentive
• Independent Business (IB) Incentive
• Executive Royalty Allocation

All incentives are subject to qualification criteria and Company policy.

Business Associates are independent contractors and not employees.

6. Rank System

6.1 Rank advancement is based on structured business performance including:

• Active referrals
• Team balance requirements
• Business volume thresholds
• Compliance validation

6.2 Rank titles are recognition-based and do not guarantee future income.

7. Incentive Eligibility Limit (3X Performance Cap)

7.1 Each Business Associate is subject to a maximum Incentive Eligibility Limit.

7.2 Total cumulative withdrawal eligibility shall not exceed:

👉 Three (3) times the value of the Self Business Package purchased.

7.3 Included Incentives:

• Direct Referral Incentive
• Network Performance Incentive
• Rank Achievement Bonus
• Club Leadership Incentive
• Independent Business (IB) Incentive

7.4 Excluded Incentive:

• Executive Royalty Allocation

7.5 Upon reaching the 3X limit:

• Further incentives may be placed on hold
• Withdrawal functionality may be restricted

8. SPV (Self Purchase Value)

8.1 SPV is an internal business metric assigned to eligible purchases.

8.2 SPV Calculation:

👉 5% of eligible purchase amount

8.3 Validity:

👉 365 days from purchase date

8.4 SPV is:

• Non-withdrawable
• Non-transferable
• Non-redeemable as cash
• Used only for business calculation

9. Taxation

9.1 TDS will be deducted as per applicable laws.

9.2 Business Associates are responsible for:

• Personal tax filings
• GST compliance (if applicable)

10. Refund & Cooling-Off

10.1 Refunds are governed by product/service policy.

10.2 No refund for fully utilized services.

10.3 Cooling-off period may apply as per policy.

11. Code of Conduct

• Do not misrepresent income
• Do not promise guaranteed earnings
• Do not present as investment
• Do not use misleading marketing

12. Independent Status

Business Associates are independent contractors.

13. Policy Modification

The Company reserves the right to modify policies anytime.

14. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for losses or unmet expectations.

15. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of company registered office.

16. Acceptance

By registering, you confirm:

• ✔ You have read and understood terms
• ✔ You agree to comply
• ✔ You understand income is performance-based
